What do you like most?
We've had a very positive experience using Ampliphi thus far. My first impression of the platform was how user-friendly it is. It's super easy to navigate, with an intuitive layout that makes finding the information you need quickly and straightforward. The function I'm impressed with the most has to be auto-publishing. With a portfolio of 5 properties, the ability to automate rate publishing and customise it for each one based on different revenue strategies has been one of the biggest advantages. It has significantly reduced the amount of manual work required, saving me valuable time while ensuring every revenue opportunity is captured and reflected through timely rate updates. What has stood out most is the level of support from the Ampliphi team, who patiently take the time to listen to our feedback and understand our operational challenges, then work with us to develop practical solutions. Within the 4 months we've been working together, we've already seen a number of new features and enhancements introduced based on our discussions, making the platform feel tailored to the way we work and our unique product. The team is always responsive, pleasant to work with, and quick to turn around requests. Their collaborative approach and willingness to continuously improve the product have made Ampliphi a valuable partner for our business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We're really excited about the new reports and dashboards that have been introduced. They provide an excellent snapshot of key performance metrics and make it easy to access the data we need to make informed revenue management decisions. However, one area for improvement would be data accuracy, as having complete confidence in the data is essential for day-to-day decision-making. We'd also like to see more detailed and locally relevant event information, with events tailored more specifically to our region and market. We also see significant potential in features such as OTA Insights and Simulation, which help us compare different scenarios and support more informed pricing and revenue decisions. We're excited to continue working closely with the Ampliphi team to help refine these features and unlock their full potential. Finally, I think it would be great if the team could create a guidebook or some sorts of knowledge base for new users, explaining how each function works and the logic behind the different recommendations. I think this would be especially useful for key features like auto-publishing, as having a better understanding of how the system makes decisions would reduce the time spent trying to understand why certain rate changes were made and allow users to customise their strategies with more confidence. It would also help new users get familiar with the platform faster and make the most of its capabilities.
