What do you like most?
Hotel-Spider's channel manager works flawlessly. Prices, booking conditions, and availability are reliably synchronized in real time with both our direct booking website and various booking portals. We have used the system for many years and have never experienced any problems with synchronization or reliability. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we always received a competent and friendly response within a short time. We can definitely recommend Hotel-Spider as a channel manager.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only minor criticism is the mobile usability. The browser view – at least on the iPhone – is not optimally displayed, making it difficult to use on the go.
