What do you like most?
Whenever I am stumped and cannot find an answer, VM Chat support is always there and are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. They show you how to resolve your issue and make sure you are squared away with any other needs. I couldn't be as successful at my job as GM without the chat support of VM. They are always kind and patient-sometimes as managers we have to walk away from a support session to take of something immediately on property and they are very understanding. Thank you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't love the layout of Visual Matrix PMS. Its a lot of clicking to get where you need in the system. I also wish there was a list of reports in one spot the GM could access instead of having to go into each department to get the information. It is user friendly, but also complicated.
