Fast support for questions and communication with customer service. Customer-focused services and presentations. The campaigns are always clear, easy to understand, and simple to customize.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For technical support, improvement suggestions are being implemented too slowly or not taken seriously enough. There are still transmission problems with guest data on some channels.
