What do you like most?
We like how seamlessly everything is connected across our operational departments. Our onboarding, guest relations, and maintenance teams all work together in the system, which keeps our workflow running smoothly. The reporting and analytics are really helpful, giving us clear insights into the performance of our portfolio. One feature we especially appreciate is the Channel Manager with OTA messageHub. It lets us communicate with our guests directly on platforms like Airbnb without having to switch between different windows, which makes communication much easier for our team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
HotelFriend is constantly updating its features, which shows that they listen to feedback and are committed to improvement. However, it can sometimes be a challenge to keep up with all the new updates across a larger team. We subscribe to Premium Support, and their team is always helpful when we need guidance or assistance with new features.
