What do you like most?
I remember all the conversations as extremely helpful and charming. What impressed me most was that Hotel-Spider employees not only represented my interests to the major portals, but also successfully enforced them – certainly with competence, but above all because everyone there has mastered the art of diplomacy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am unaware of anything in this regard. I deeply regret having to prematurely end a fruitful collaboration due to external circumstances.
