What do you like most?
Clarity of the website, offers, photos in the right places; the ability to use templates; the ability to send an offer directly from the website; readability of the price lists entered; it's ok.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. the ability to add the price of a half-board dinner for an extra bed when booking a family room with a package. 2. reservations come into the hotel system as bed-and-breakfast instead of as a package, and have to be corrected manually, even though we pay Profitroom for sales handling.
