What do you like most?
Little Hotelier makes managing our guest house much easier, particularly with reservations, room availability and channel management. I also really appreciate the customer support. Tonight, Quinn was extremely helpful and took the time to investigate a difficult Booking.com syncing issue, identify the problem and initiate the synchronization so we could successfully map the room. The support was professional, patient and reassuring.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The channel mapping and synchronization process can sometimes be difficult to understand when something goes wrong. It would be helpful to have clearer explanations of what is happening behind the scenes and more guidance within the system when a room or rate is not syncing correctly.
