What do you like most?
The product worked as described once it was finally up and running. The digital signage worked at installation, then crashed and it took months to get it back up and running.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
You need in person support for people who are not familiar with working through your portal. Improve times between when a problem is reported and when it is addressed. We waited multiple weeks for solutions.
