What do you like most?
I saw the first version of the product in the fall of 2025. After the first presentation, I was like, "Wow, this is exactly what I wanted." It's a tool where you don't think about the legacy approach to hospitality tech pre-2020. This is a new product, new mindset, new approach, and it's a real new product - they don't think of AI as a plugin. They truly leverage AI in the best possible way. I like how easy it is to onboard the knowledge base and how easy it is to onboard our customer care agents/digital reception. The team at RUNNR.ai is really open for feedback and product improvements. We've implemented RUNNR.ai at 23 of our residences, totaling almost 600 units.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's still a new product, so you have to be open-minded, but any time we raise any topic, it is always handled by the team at RUNNR.ai
