What do you like most?
I need to say that especially the customer Service is great and very helpful at any time! Also the plattform is useful and enable a good overview since we have several Hostels so we have more than one ID to manage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The airbnb connection. it would be great if it somehow also shares the Email of the guest. and Expedia --> very often the guests di not receive the email out of sirvoy.
