It is also hard to have to redo a invoice and remember the same figures and details as nothing is pre-saved from the first time it is done. This can therefore take a long time and also be a potencial for mistakes. Also with rates, if you can plan rates ahead without having to make it seasonal (eg if the rate is to start next season). For example if I have chosen to change our rates for next year, i would like to do this in advance, these would be the new permenant rates and not just seasonal or a code, there shoud be an option for this. I would also like more information on the statistics side of things. Lastly, I would like more of a breakdown with the various payments made. It would also be great if the statistics were downloadable and customised according to your needs on excel for example or other formats like PDF. ... A couple of things could be improved. First, is the invoicing giving more options and making it easier to re-issue an invoice after an error was made. It is also hard to have to redo a invoice and remember the same figures and details as nothing is pre-saved from the first time it is done. This can therefore take a long time and also be a potencial for mistakes. Also with rates, if you can plan rates ahead without having to make it seasonal (eg if the rate is to start next season). For example if I have chosen to change our rates for next year, i would like to do this in advance, these would be the new permenant rates and not just seasonal or a code, there shoud be an option for this. I would also like more information on the statistics side of things. Lastly, I would like more of a breakdown with the various payments made. It would also be great if the statistics were downloadable and customised according to your needs on excel for example or other formats like PDF. I would also add some kind of alert for staff eg for allergies or changes to a booking or missing payments to old bookings etc or even unchecked out rooms. Fast problem solution. the CS can see all the settings of your account. With other softwares that we work with, often the CS will say something like "im not able to see your screen" which is an odd thing to say in this day and age.
