My manager set up Sirvoy for us, however, had to leave. I was left to deal with the bookings and I am hopeless with technology and did not understand the procedures and how it all works website. I went on to live chat with a number of their staff who were extremely patient, immediately understood the issues and walked me carefully through what I should do.
