What do you like most?
The pace at which Mews seeks to develop its products and service offering ensures that I am always confident our PMS is at the vanguard of property management technology. The widening scope of products available to us as customers is outstanding as it is simplifying what can be an unnecessarily complicated tech-stack.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Accounting processes - billing and rebates could be more user friendly for front and back of house to use, although I know this is being worked on.
