What do you like most?
For me, the best part is how easy it is to work with bookings directly from the Calendar. If a guest extends the stay, changes dates, or needs another room, we can handle the reservation visually instead of going through many separate menus.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the OTA rate information could give us more detail. The gross rate shown to the guest and the amount we finally receive can be different because of commissions. Having both numbers clearly available would help our reservation and revenue teams.
