We currently use Exely's Booking Engine, which is fast, responsive, intuitive, and exceptionally user-friendly. The booking process is clear and efficient, providing a seamless experience for our guests. One of the aspects we particularly appreciate is Exely's flexibility and willingness to help customize the booking engine to align with our hotel's individual concept, branding, and overall identity. What truly sets Exely apart, however, is the quality of their team. From technical support to account management and senior management, everyone we have interacted with has demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It is refreshing to work with a company that not only delivers a reliable product but also values its relationships with hotel partners. Overall, we highly recommend Exely to hotels looking for a reliable, efficient booking engine backed by an outstanding team. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area where we see significant potential for further development is Exely's Website Services. Although we are not currently using this service, we would be very interested in doing so if the offering were further modernized to meet today's digital hospitality standards. In particular, we would welcome improvements in contemporary website design, advanced SEO capabilities, website performance, user experience, and both front-end and back-end technologies. With a more modern, SEO-driven, and technically advanced website solution, we would be more than happy to consider moving our hotel's website to Exely as well. Having both our website and booking engine managed within one integrated ecosystem would be a considerable advantage.
