What do you like most?
Good interface that looks fine and is easy to navigate. Reporting system is quite good producing meaningful reports. Booking process is fairly quick and straightforward.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's not easy to make changes to pricing etc and you make it as difficult as possible to speak to an agent. I don't want to spend ages fumbling through your academy searching aimlessly for the answers to questions an agent could answer in 10 seconds.
