If the system offers even more options for automated, personalized recommendations in the future, it will take the guest experience to the next level. Thanks to the team for their outstanding support and continuous work on the platform!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We see great potential in making guest interaction even more personalized – for example, through more dynamic, personalized recommendations based on guest preferences or previous bookings. And another idea: To train new team members even faster, expanded, interactive tutorials or short video guides directly in the backend would be a fantastic addition.
