What do you like most?
The Calendar interface is probably my favorite feature because it is simple and complete. Cloudbeds also continues to develop new functions. The integrations are reliable, and customer support is responsive when assistance is needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The finance reports have become more detailed, but downloading them can be slow. I would also like reports to be presented as dashboards rather than traditional Excel files, especially for management-level financial reviews.
