What do you like most?
It is very comprehensive and has many functions. However, you are left completely on your own with this system from the very beginning, and it is virtually impossible to find your way around this unintuitive system without very expensive external help. The so-called "Help Center" doesn't deserve the name in any way.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The entire process, from sales and implementation to subsequent use of the program, is a complete disaster. We strongly advise potential new customers against using this system and would certainly not choose it again.
