What do you like most?
I like that most reports can be set to automatically send to other people, along with the confirmation letters. It saves a lot of time and makes the process very easy to manage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would improve usability if users could easily switch between rooms directly from the Room Diary, without having to return to the dashboard each time. A simple “Next Room” or room-selection option would make navigation faster and more efficient.
