What do you like most?
We run a hotel + restaurant combo, and myCloud’s unified PMS, POS, club & Banquet helped us track performance across departments. Easy-to-use, with robust analytics and audit trails.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently, app do not support offline access, which can create operational difficulties during the rare instances when internet connectivity is disrupted at the hotel. This limitation may affect essential processes.
