What do you like most?
The vendor delivered a website design that is clean, user-friendly, and perfectly aligned with our hotel’s branding. Navigation is intuitive, and the layout adapts beautifully to mobile and desktop devices. Since launch, we’ve noticed increased user engagement and better conversion rates. The ability to customize features easily without needing technical knowledge has been a major advantage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the overall design and usability are excellent, the initial setup process could be streamlined with clearer onboarding tutorials. Some back-end functions require more explanation, especially for users without technical backgrounds. Adding more template options and pre-built widgets would also enhance flexibility for diverse hotel needs.
