In theory it's a great idea and their sales skills make you believe they are passionate about customer service. The concepts they create could work- with better tech.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integrity of the business and founders. If they are unable to deliver what they commit on they should refund the money taken, especially when a connection to the PMS is critical.
