What do you dislike or think could be improved?
System Integration: Establishing a connection with the current PMS or POS platform to automate data transfer and reduce duplication of efforts across departmental teams. Order Digitization: Developing an internal, staff-facing application for digital order capture to replace manual methods, enhancing both speed and accuracy of service delivery.
