What do you like most?
I literally managed my hotel from a beach in Bali thanks to Preno’s cloud system! The mobile access is a lifesaver, and the real-time updates ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The Xero integration saved our accountant so much time, and the automated reports keep us on top of performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Offline mode would be a nice addition. The initial learning curve for new staff. It’s not the simplest PMS out there, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.
