The Preno team are all highly experienced at what they do but what makes them stand out is the passion for making the lives of their customers better. Driven by a CEO who has industry-first experience, the product is designed with the customer absolutely front of mind. The team genuinely believe in what they do and take the time to get to know their customers to ensure their product remains relevant in a competitive market.
Preno's PMS is designed for the hotelier to be spending less time in the
PMS and more time with the customer with a great mobile experience
as well. Ultimately, the Preno team are brilliant to work with.
Preno has put their customers at the heart of their product. It show's in the decisions that they have made that they truly understand the hotelier. An intuitive interface which is easy to train staff to use. Being able to reconcile payments from a single system (rather than duplicating data manually to other systems). Reducing admin time via automation and increasing a managers time to focus on running the business. All this and it doesn't cost the world.

If you’re a new hotelier, searching for a suite of tools that enable you to track hotel performance, integrate front and back office and streamline administration, Preno is the PMS for you. My advice to a hotelier would be to give it a go, see how it works. It can be hard, sometimes overwhelming, to make the move from one system to another, even if the current product isn't doing the job. Change can be intimidating however if you are willing to take the time to explore your options, you and your business may be rewarded.
If you are considering Preno to revive your hotel operations, you will be getting a product that not only will help you manage your reservations easily and provide a great experience it will continue to evolve and change for the ever-changing Hotelier network.
