The Lightspeed integration is better than previous system in most ways, but the fact it is not automatically feeding through the itemization is a massive bug bear. If this isn't fixed before high season, it will be really difficult for us, and totally contradict the use for it. People go through with a fine tooth comb as it is, but if we have to get an ipad just to be able to show them each and every transaction, they may as well pay at point of sale. Bed configuration - I think this is one of the worst things missing, as it is making it hard for us to see whether the rooms are double/twin/so many beds. On the actual online booking engine, it has a way of adding the bed config so housekeeping can see it - but not with our side of things? doesn't make sense and extremely annoying. Group names!! so annoying? at the weekend we had a load of kids in and ended up with way more numbers than we actually had as it wouldn't let me put the kids in on their own. For fire safety reasons, it is crucial this is fixed so that we know exactly how many people are in the building, please!
