What do you like most?
Before Sweeply, everything from scheduling to stayover cleaning was a manual mess. It took too much time and was easy to mess up. Now, most of it runs on autopilot, and our housekeeping team actually enjoys using the app. 1) Task automation - especially for longstay cleanings every 7 days 2) Clear overview of what’s been done, what’s pending, and who’s doing what 3) Easy to train new staff – app is super intuitive 4) Maintenance tickets are finally trackable and visible
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1) Reporting features are still catching up to the rest of the tool 2) Would be great to set our own highlight colors or adjust task visibility settings ourselves 3) Would be nice to be allowed to tick of daily comments.
