What do you like most?
Unifocus helps all departments to work together by having everything on one location. I love being able to look at the housekeeping console to keep track of room status and not have to interrupt my colleagues workflow by asking.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The lost and found module is quite hidden and easy to forget. The escalation system, it seems quite hidden and easy to forget or miss escalations.
