Operations Manager
I am very familiar with the time and attendance portion of the product and less so with the labor mgmt system (which we are currently implementing). My favorite aspect of Unifocus' T&A product is the intuitiveness of the...

UniFocus Review: LMS Review
People Leader (HR Manager) from Other in Parkville (United States of America)
What do you like most?
forecasting and talks with HCM and payroll system. includes the weather and predicts traffic volumes for the week. Each Department owns their schedule.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Too many errors. Need to be able to edit weeks that have already occurred. Easier to read. System should be intuitive enough for someone that is not technologically advanced to operate. Shouldn't have to ...

UniFocus Review: Allows me to review labor hours in accordance to business volume
Head Golf Professional from Other in Dallas (United States of America)
What do you like most?
It is great insight as to where I am short or over on my labor standards in accordance to guest volume
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would like to be able to make on the spot changes to the schedule instead of it taking 24 hours to load into ADP. At times, we have to make quick changes to the schedule due to illness.

UniFocus Review: Clunky and Outd
General Manager from Other in Los Angeles (United States of America)
What do you like most?
There is nothing to like about this program. It is insanely slow. Most changes require a refresh akin to loading a new webpage. It’s not intuitive at all. The labor need predictions are wildly inaccurat...
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
EVERYTHING. Again I refer to Sling. It offers all the same functionality, with none of the bulk. It seems like an old programmer at Unifocus saw Sling and tried to replicate it using DOS.

UniFocus Review: Difficult to navigate
Head Golf Professional from Other in Suwanee (United States of America)
What do you like most?
I don't find it particularly useful overall. It is hard to navigate and even more difficult to learn how to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ease of use. Need for monthly planning not just weekly. Not much need for this program. Scheduling and forceasting should be together.

UniFocus Review: LMS Private Club F&B Operations
Director of Food and Beverage from Other in (Lebanon)
What do you like most?
User friendly. Doensnt take a lot of time to update and immediately the data is saved and overview of the scehduling needs avaikable within a short time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The forecasting for private clubs cannot be completed in three weeks in advance. Two weeks' time period would be more practical.

UniFocus Review: I like how the system calculates labor for the day and week in comparison to the projected labor.
Food & Beverage Director from Other in Brighton (United States of America)
What do you like most?
I like that the system is user friendly for scheduling as far as using copy/paste for shifts and dragging them over to change the day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see more of a breakdown in the display of the system as far as where employees are scheduled directly. For example, in the past we used a program called homebase that did a good job of thi...
