What do you like most?
I've partnered with Sojern for over 5 years to boost direct bookings through a mix of [Display/SEM/Social/Metasearch] campaigns, and the impact has been very good. Their approach has significantly helped us gain reservations and stays and revenues we would not have ordinarily not reached or garnered, making a measurable difference in our performance. we saw a 30% increase in direct bookings within the first quarter”]. That said, I do see room for improvement in that I wish they found and delivered even more business. The reporting tools are easy to use and straight forward and customer service is accessible and friendly. I highly recommned Sojern.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing i would like to see you improve is to generate addition business for me. the platform is Pay for performance so nothing to lose and the commission based structure is fair.
