What do you like most?
We found a digital tool to manage our reservations, quickly create a website, activate OTAs, manage our inventory and fill-ups, etc. Excellent follow-up from the teams for activation, a big thank you to Xavier for his availability and kindness! Clear and precise explanations? Very good responsiveness from him when a bug occurs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Setting up the OTA was a bit difficult for us and took some time, despite the valuable advice of our advisor, who was very helpful. The website templates are a bit basic.
