What do you like most?
I really like the visuals, how the data is presented, and how easy it is to manage RMS. The recommendations are usually accurate, without being impulsive or excessive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
• Recommendations for Special Events & lacks responsiveness; the algorithm should detect that it's a particular date based on the activity in Compset. • Events Calendar & the categorization should include conferences and concerts // it should also add the ability to mark the impact or capacity of these events, so the highlight can be visually identified in the daily overview. • Forecast & it should take Special Events into account in the prediction, allowing for greater influence or analysis of the direct impact. • Changes in trends/demand for the venue & greater responsiveness and adaptation are needed.
