What do you like most?
For us, having a Booking engine that, once the initial configuration is done, works without problems and that requires so little attention, is a great added value. It helps us concentrate on our daily lives. The Booking Engine allows you to upsell, it is responsive for mobile. In addition, we consider that, although Netaffinity is a large company, it provides a close and familiar service to its clients. It is fantastic that, behind every email, there are always extremely educated, attentive and resolutive professionals. They will never close a ticket if it has not been resolved according to your expectations. It is a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you very much and congratulations for your work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As already discussed with them, there are some tailor made features missing for our propriety. Also, it would be convenient if invoices could be issued in other languages (Spanish in our case).
