What do you like most?
My boutique hotel has been very satisfied with our partnership with Diamo. Their team is very knowledgable and their platform encompasses a powerful collection of tools that powers our operation. Thanks to their strategy recommendations, our property achieves nearly 90% of our business through direct bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Diamo and their team are continually improving their product and I can not currently think of any suggestions for improvement, we have been happy with their roll outs of updates and additions in our time together.
