What do you like most?
Our team loves everything and hates it when Hotelkit is switched off in the off-season. Our team is absolutely thrilled with everything that Hotelkit's software offers. It is the heart of our collaboration and plays a crucial role in the satisfaction of our guests. For us, Hotelkit is not just a tool - it is our daily companion, our reliable helper that ensures that everything runs smoothly. Of course, the team understands the idea behind Hotelkit being deactivated in the off-season to give employees a well-deserved break and some distance from the daily work routine. Nevertheless, it is difficult to do without this valuable tool. Hotelkit connects us, helps us organize our thoughts and ensures that we grow together as a team and stay up to date even in quieter times. It is as if we are missing a familiar routine and a part of our everyday work that gives us orientation and strengthens our collaboration.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ongoing improvements are always good! I find it difficult to come up with suggestions for improvements to Hotelkit, because from our point of view the software is almost perfect. All the updates that have been introduced over time are spot on and show how well the team behind Hotelkit understands the pulse of the times and the needs of users. Hotelkit has become an indispensable companion in our everyday work - every detail seems well thought out, every feature is an asset. There is nothing else we would want, because the system offers exactly what we need to do our work efficiently and with joy. So our only request would be to give a big compliment and send a heartfelt thank you to the entire Hotelkit team - for the constant development, the great functions and the constant added value that we are allowed to experience through this software!
