They've really managed to innovate in the task manager field, making it really easy to connect to other systems. They're a very good example of what the next generation of hotel software tools should be like in terms of ease of use and connectivity.

Question:

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

From the point of view of a third party which has to integrate with them, they make this process very fast and straight forward. There is no previous catalogue synchronisation needed, which takes away a lot of the pain in a process like this.

Answer:

The product is really to use, but in case you have any trouble or any doubts, make sure to contact their customer team. They are very reactive and helpful so you'll never feel like there's nobody on the other side who can help you.

What do you like most?

I can see what my employees are working on at any time. The reception can also see the room status at any time. This accelerates the flow of information and the guest can be checked in much more quickly.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The age of the children is not stored. Children are displayed, but not their age. Here it would be cool if an automatic comment would still be visible.

easy to use tool, easy to understand, wide range of tools to work with. Why should I write more just to reach the minimum word count?

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Integration of Outlook appointments into the hotelkit calendar, this would make it easier to coordinate work. Keeping the calendars twice takes a lot of time

Sometimes, the number of notifications are burdering you a bit, there are people who do not know how it works yet, but that is because not everyone has the same ease with technology.
