hotelkit has ingenious tools for collaboration both in individual departments and throughout the entire hotel operation. I think the task tool is particularly great - for checklists for myself and for colleagues and teams.

Not only is internal communication improved with the help of hotelkit, the many processes that need to be implemented in day-to-day business also run smoothly thanks to hotelkit. The housekeeping tool in particular has improved our internal processes by worlds. I simply can no longer imagine everyday hotel life without hotelkit!

We use hotelkit for absolutely all internal hotel communciation which involves Staff without access to email. Any handovers, Todos, news, etc are communicated and discussed there. I already recommended it to my friends in the UK which will try the demo version soon
