Customer service is top notch, always prompt and always looking to find a solution. The product, while meant for F&B, is versatile and can be used in other areas such as retail. Order values are higher, leading to additional revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be useful in future to have an item inventory management as well as a delivery time slot inventory management on the backend.
