The customer service at Crave always exceeds expectations. We are so grateful for managing our rush requests and providing recommendations as the platform expert when needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are hoping for new design opportunities for PUSH notifications, as well as integrations into our operating systems for a better customer experience (currently on our side to approve).

Crave has been excellent to work with. They help support our tablets, which we use to market in house events plus communicate anything we need to amke guests aware of.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since tablets are moved by guests and sometimes get lost in the room. A way to find the tablet via wifi or some other means would be beneficial
