What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Ease and speed of use and range of applications. The ability to embed platforms such as the Gold Key Media digital entertainment platform containing digital newspapers, magazines, games, books etc. allows guests to access up to date news from across the globe in real time.

Answer:

If this product stands up to the scrutiny and high standards placed upon it by prestigious venues such as The Lanesborough, Pennyhill Park, South Lodge etc. whose guests are discerning and demanding then the quality of the product speaks for itself.

Great to share key messaging to our guests inhouse EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, every time we send an it gets done right away.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would be great if the tablet could be integrated with third party websites, we would like to be able to link to our website and other locations.

Looks beautiful, very user friendly & interactive and suits the style of our hotel very well! The guests have been very pleased with the possibilities if offers.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Hardware mainly; sometime the screen "hangs" and takes time until it reacts, which can be frustrating, especially when trying to switch off the light/screen.
