This product is exceptional, significantly improving guest interaction and serving as a valuable tool for generating additional revenue and bookings. It not only enhances the guest experience but also provides an excellent ROI.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

With Crave tablets, guests can interact seamlessly with the hotel and Hotel staff across various departments can also engage with guests and drive bookings directly through the tablet without the need to download an app or turn on the TV. Of all the solutions I've seen on the market, this one is the most comprehensive and, most importantly, generates the highest revenue through enhanced guest interaction.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I highly recommend scheduling a demo and conducting a proof of concept. While other options on the market may focus on enhancing the guest experience or offering a tech-savvy appearance, Crave goes further by streamlining operations and driving additional revenue. The product essentially pays for itself.
