What do you like most?

The service Level in the organization is great. The time it takes to update the software is also very short. I also like the fact that we can tailer make information for different events at the hotel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The tablet some times does not charge well in the charger. It seems to be a misfitt between the tablet and the charger.

Crave has been excellent to work with. They help support our tablets, which we use to market in house events plus communicate anything we need to amke guests aware of.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Since tablets are moved by guests and sometimes get lost in the room. A way to find the tablet via wifi or some other means would be beneficial
