All functions in the smartphone are well designed which serve our needs in order to deliver service beyond guests expectation while staying.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Smartphone at the Front Desk for our Guest Experience team has limited functions. If possible, we would like to have all functions as same as the ones in the guestrooms.
