What do you like most?
-Simplifying not having staff 24 hours. -Good support; communication and resolving problems are often easy. -Modern devices fitting well in the surrounding.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-Program instead of website, closes when staff is not here due to search for virus. -Some guests cannot check-in for no apparent reason. -Company guests cannot check-in by themselves. -Event theme, choosing background, ex. now for christmas. -Unfortunately, a surprising amount of guests have trouble understanding how to check-in and choose to call for help.
