What do you like most?
Great variation of reports for both historical and future business to assist managing trends Ease of recommendations and rate strategy setting Supportive team to assist with any queries and have regular update calls that assist both us and our working relationship and also helps to understand any updates or changes Easy to input budget information and monitor progress towards achieving weekly/monthly targets
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We've had issues with forecasting in the past where they have differed substantially from hotel forecasting. This is starting to improve now algorithms have been updated Often have issues when updating pricing at hotels with the information being updated in EzRMS - always have to submit a support case to get the correct information showing however usually corrected within 24hours. Would be good if this could be done automatically.
