The mobile capabilities of Infor are great. They offer mobile check-in / check-out and mobile guest services, allowing guests to connect with your hotel from anywhere in the hotel, all with secure infrastructure .

Infor is a fantastic resource for thought leadership, data sheets and white papers in the hotel technology industry. Ask them about their products as well as the market and operations research they’ve done in the industry, keeping them at the forefront of innovation in hotel technology.

What do you like most?

The reporting function on the software is great, can get almost any data comparisons. The support from the technical team is brilliant and questions are always answered/ queries resolved promptly

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The forecasting function could be improved. This took a long time to get close to being accurate before COVID-19 hit, so this will take more work to get right again in the future
