What do you like most?
I like how easy Guestware can be to use, and also how in depth it is, as far as reporting goes, data entry, and all of the guest issues you have the ability to track with relative ease.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly at this time I feel for our property, there is nothing I can think of to improve upon. All issues we were having seem to have been addressed by Jeff Bowes, who took the time to come to the property and train us thoroughly on the software.
