When you think of guests service and creating a WOW moment. Your tool to achieve it is none other than Guestware. Also, Jeff Bowes our trainer was great.

I like how easy Guestware can be to use, and also how in depth it is, as far as reporting goes, data entry, and all of the guest issues you have the ability to track with relative ease.
