1. The support is effective and they seek to adapt to the markets they represent. 2. The tool is very intuitive to configure and they help us by adapting to the client's needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. Connectivity with other channels. 2. Sending rates to minors. 3. Not having to do an initial load of fictitious rates in the extranets so that the rates can be sent.
