What do you like most?
Quick, live communication to help managers and staff stay connected when they are not on property. Great tool for problem resolution with guests or for guests to communicate requests while at work. (updated review) (Initial review 1/17/2018) Very responsive to your specific needs. No software is perfect, but being able to get in touch with the developers to help with hotel specific issues is great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing to change, easy to use, great software and app. This software makes communication much simpler. (updated review) (Initial review 1/17/2018) There are some quirks, however the team actively works diligently to solve the problems. As always there are a few issues with how the data is presented to the end user. However once you present those issues to the team they fix it immediately. Feature Request: I would get rid of all of the clunky issues that sometimes rarely occur or the ones that we've gotten used to. Nothing major but, this happens with all coded software.
