What do you like most?
The platform is on every tablet in every room of our hotel. It includes all our restaurant menus, opening hours, services and news, as well as the option of booking a spa treatment, for example. There's also the weather forecast, as well as various TV and music applications. It's a real help to our customer experience. Thanks to this tablet, customers know everything about our hotel. The platform is also very easy to modify and update. It's very ergonomic from a UX / UI point of view. Our back office has been customized according to our hotel's DNA and our graphic load. We're also delighted with the support team, who are always ready and willing to listen. Our account manager helps us to make changes in less than 24 hours every time. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As we saw with the support team, we're already very satisfiedwith the platform. We'd like to be able to just import a card and have all the products created automatically, so we don't have to create them by hand, one by one, with their translations. Also, when creating pop ups, it would be great to be able to view them from the back-office.
