What do you like most?
Mews is an agile and efficient PMS. Its ease of handling is an essential asset for adapting to the significant turnover of reception teams. The other big strong point of this tool is the “historic” openness of their API which has allowed reliable connectivity with a multitude of complementary tools. Compared to other PMS on the market, setting up a technological ecosystem is significantly simplified.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To date, multiproperty is still light. Interesting developments are planned for 2024. Mews still has to prove itself on this subject.
