What do you like most?
The simplicity of use, the large number of reports that it is capable of generating and, above all, how practical the tool becomes for daily use by personnel who are not normally used to technology. It has been a before and after operating in our hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is no system on the market that cannot be improved. In this case, it would be good to incorporate internal notes functionality to communicate between users and departments, so that important information reaches everyone.
