At Hotel Playa Dorada in Mallorca we are using the Hmobile application to manage the work of our chambermaids and our technicians. The truth is that we were completely right with this choice. I only regret not having implemented it sooner.

- It is not necessary that the receptionists and the technicians/housekeepers are talking on the walkie all the time. Work can be monitored very easily. There are notices if something is delayed.

What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

They are a long established task manager, with great customer support and very deep knowledge of the hospitality industry since they have been in the market for a very long time. They've evolved and adapted very well to the market's new needs.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

They have a great relation with their customers and really facilitate all setup processes so hoteliers will not have to waste any time or worry about it. It is also a very complete product which addresses practically all the needs a hotel might have in relation to this type of software.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Implementing a task manager normally entails a change in your staff's workflow. It is very important to be very clear about how you're going to do this. Hmobile's support team are a really great help here because they've implemented their solution many many times already so they've pretty much encountered all possible obstacles.
